how will I install and play with the database "pcm spain"?

hi!B)
currently i´m playing with the official database, but I´m now installing the PCMspain database, I´ve heard that its a better one. But how shall I do to install it? I´m now downloading it to the map "pro cycling manager 2007/database". what shall I do next?

consider that I am a novice Frown with the technical stuff, though I´m pretty good at playing the game itself, so try to be pedagogical.GrinGrin
