In my game one of my captains for the gt's is depressed. This means that although he is it top shape his performance in the mountains is dreadfull.
Any advise on how to get his moral up? |

If you want to 'cheat', you can always use PCM Dashboard, a save game editor. |

I have a better idea

ops:
Dwight K. Schrute: 'I'm not a hero. Im just a mere defender of the office. You know who is a hero? Hiro from Heroes. That's a hero. And Bono'.

Both very good ideas, but I don't want to cheat and my sponsors won't let be use happy pills. Or any pills for that matter |

Win a race - that always does the trick - the problem is they race crap, so it's a catch 22 situation for all those who read the book

It's best to just prevent this from happening in the first place, so don't race him in races he doesn't want to go to and do have him racing in ones he wants to do. Like the previous post said, the way to get his morale back up is to have him win a race and then talk to the rider about how impressed you are with him.
I'm not sure how much effect morale has. I presume some, but I've been able to win a Pro Tour race like Ouest France - Plouay with a Paolini who had 2 arrows down in morale. |

Hannes converter-> open your savegame->DYN_cyclist->gene_f_moral (or something like that)-> take it to 100-> save->your cyclist is over the moon |

I believe that when you set him up in races as non-leader too much it also affects his morale in a negative way. And when he has a race program try too get some good results with him in those races as that also affects moral. |
