Hey guys, so I know many of you on here are obviously PC gamers or graphic designers and as I come close to graduating college, it is finally time for me to graduate from my laptop and get a PC.
Thing is, I have no idea what I should get, I just know what I need it to do and what my realistic budget is at this point. As far as putting it together, I have the friends here that could help me with that, so it would not be an issue.
What I want to do on it: Web Browsing, Word Processing applications, Adobe creative suite editing, MAYBE some SMALL video editing! (Okay using Windows Movie Maker) MUST HAVE WINDOWS 10, (8 would be okay)
Optional Features I would like but not needed: Wireless card
What I want to spend: Less than 400 is ideal, less than 300 even better.
So do any of you have any suggestions or links as to certain ones I should look into, or if I am building my own because you think it would be cheaper, the links to the supplies, hardware, etc. I would need.
I do not need a monitor, keyboard, or mouse, just the tower. If you have questions you can ask me on here, or of I am out of my mind, you can tell me that also

If you want a PC for 300-400 bucks, go with a good i3 CPU and no GPU, but I fear that you simply can't get a very good PC for that money, unless you scavenge parts from sales and build the PC on your own.

well, normally I would agree, but I think that this will only impact high and mid-class stuff. Low end Hardware will mostly not be affected. But maybe there comes a good low end CPU from AMD as well.
Otherwise your PC looks pretty okay-ish for the price. Try to go with a different CPU, when you want to video-edit. A quad-core is key.
For 400€, you could get this:
CPU AMD Athlon X4 860K Black Edition (3,7 Ghz Clock Speed)
Mainboard MSI A68HM-P33 V2
GPU Sapphire RX 460 Nitro (4GB GDDR5)
GPU (Alternative) Sapphire RX 460 Nitro (2GB GDDR5)
RAM 8GB Crucial BallistX Sport (1600Mhz)
HDD 1000GB Seagate Barracuda (7200rpm)
PSU 400W be quiet! System Power 8 (80+ Bronze)
Tower Sharkoon VG4-W Midi Tower (Includes USB 3)
CPU Cooler Xilence A402 Peformance C
DVD LG GH24NSD1 DVD (includes Burner)
Is there a pre built one that anyone can link me to under $500?
I am willing to buy used, and dont worry about Windows 10 I already have that ready to go so I wont need to spend extra for it.

I have found plenty of options on Amazon such as the one I linked above that are well below $500. It does not need to be the greatest PC ever that can do everything.
Its literally only for web designing, word processing, photoshop, web browsing and thats about it. I was asking for any suggestions about a route I should take and some links that may lead me in the right direction.
I am not joking about anything I have typed in this thread so far.

Just wanted to kind of finalize this thread and let everyone know what I ended up doing.
I spent $250 on a REFURBISHED PC with the following specs:
Intel i7 core @ 3.4 GhZ
8GB Ram
500 GB HDD
Windows 10 Pro
Integrated Intel On Board Graphics
Slot for an additional SSD/HDD
Slot for a video card
Slot for additional RAM
Intel Q67 Motherboard
Is a Lenovo for anyone interested.
