I presume you mean just the text. In which case:

Open/install Hannes Converter V2.0 (found in the downloads section)
Open Hannes Converter V2.0
Open the OriginalLocal.cdb file found in your route PCM07 folder. (eg. C:/Program Files/Pro Cycling Manager 2007/Database/_______)
Open the STA_localized_string file
Locate the correct line of words you wish to change.
Select the box, and type in what you want.
Click save at the bottom of the window.
Click the disk at the top of the application.
Save over the OriginalLocal.cdb, making sure you highlight the STA_localized_string name when the box pops up.

n.b. For the PCM Spain DB, the IDlocalized_string number for the correct row you need to change in number 5392. It might be worth looking there to see if the numbers are the same. I'm sure Dankan would be able to tell you if i'm wrong!

I specify that I modified the file Local.cdb (STA_localized_string) but that did not have an effect. Sad

Did you ensure you saved the files correctly?
