How can I change my team in a career?

Hi guys, I'm trying to change my team in a career mode from LottoNL to other, maybe Lotto Soudal..

In the previous games we could change our team in the table GAM_User selecting a new team in fkIDteam_duplicate but in the current PCM I can't found this column in this table..

So.. Do you know what I have to edit for changing my team in a career mode?

The easiest way would be to use TiemenDs toolset, which does all the work for you.
