Rider objectives

Hi all,

I see that the rider objectives-page changed in 2016. In 2015 you could choose 6 objectives throughout the year, now you can pick 1 goal for 3 different moments in the year.
What kind of difference does it make in the game?
And i it possible to make special objectives for the helpers, or can you only make them for the leaders? Do the helpers follow the training schedule and goals of their leaders?
