Playing pro career
RDC really needs tweaking. I've had mostly negative numbers for one and a half season. Even when fitness and everything been at excellent, the shit comes in and ruins the day. My NC rider dislikes colder weather and therefore sucks at NC races (because of getting a negative RDC rating for weather) . I got lucky at Tour of Taiwan with a +2, but useless since I can't really do any climbing.

It should be able to tweak a bit so that specialized riders get a better chance of RDC when it comes to suitable races. Even put in favioured weather and races.
