creating a stage, there comes a time that does not leave me paint road.

I am not sure what you mean by painting road. It might help to communicate the issue, if you include some screenshots.

And how does the Stage Editor not let you put more road? A bit more detail would be helpful here.

You can still build roads after that. Anyway, if you want to see the exact road, then go to 3D mode, zoom in on the section of road that you're going to build next, and you'll see it show up like you want it to (and then repeat the process)

Delete the spline object (in this case road point), which is not part of any spline (in this case a road). You can find it by repetitively clicking on the corresponding point until there are only red curves coming out of it.
