Shrinking the range of the daily condition

I was wondering if there is a way to edit the range of the daily condition because I think the increases that emerge when a rider has +4 or +5 are not very realistic.

I think it is, mainly because it pretty much only happens when your rider is in top form and have other multipliers.

It's not like it happens every other race.
