Free Agent Posts: 121 Joined: 16-07-2008 PCM$: 200.00	Any guides for using training schedules ? I'm kinda confused. Somebody explain a little or point me in right direction! Wasn't there a season planner download somewhere? for 2016 Any how just want to get my head around training so I don't tire and reach good form before races etc.. Just started a career mode with sky so any tips etc most welcome! Thanks !

Grand Tour Champion Posts: 8360 Joined: 29-06-2007 PCM$: 200.00	in PCM 2016 you don't have to set any training schedules if you don't want to. Just set the goals for the 5 or 6 leaders, then assign helpers to them and you are ready for the season. The fitness training will be calculated by the game based on the goals.
