No topriders in Vuelta?

Hi,

I play with 1.4.0.0 patch and PCM.Daily expensionpack a career in the new pcm 2016.
Now I'm entering the vuelta and I noticed almost no big rider is starting here. (r.gesink is the biggest name here.)
That's not realistic at all.
How could that happening, because in pcm 2015 more big names starting in the vuelta??
Is this a bug?

I don't play PCM 2016, but in PCM 2015 I've experienced poor Vuelta field multiple of times, when AI controlled rider with 72 MO and 68 REC made the overall podium.

It seems to me like Giro is the hardest to win, then Tour de France and then Vuelta, simply due to tiredness.

It's still not easy though, imo.

Don't know about the Giro, I still think the Tour is the hardest to win... I have noticed that the top riders are very tired in the Vuelta, when I simulated it the winner was Alexandre Geniez in the first season. Can't be realistic, huh?
