3d race Crash

Game crashes everytime I try a 3d race. Tried the no internet fix, Updated all drivers, Have uninstalled and reinstalled game. Have updated the game. can't figure out how to make it work am having the same problem with pcm 15 anyway to fix it?

PLease Help....

If it is a general problem with PCM games the you should contact the official support
