Hello,
I have a big problem with my game . When I start a story I find that there are stages that will not let me play . Sant Luis works well , but the first and the third stage of failure down under me and makes the game crash . Which may be due? someone happened the same? thank you very much

if it crashes during the stage the your computer might not be able to handle longer or more detailed stages. you could try to lower the graphical options in the game.

if that is not your problem, you have to explain the problem more clearly.
and you should always test if the problem also occurs with the original DB.

Sorry , I'll be clearer. Stage fails to load , crashes before the 3d interface appears. This happens to me all the db including the original . I have reinstalled the game without installing anything happens also . I tried to put all the graphics options to a minimum i still happening alike. However in other stages with much higher graphics options it does not appear problem. Thank you very much for your quick response

in this case you should seek help from the official support, either in the official forum or in the technical subforum on steam
