I want to create the Tour of Kumano

There are 4 stege, 1 time trial (700m/0.7km prologue!!) and 3 circuits.

I have a proble with stage editor to create this circuit.

There are two ring and a linear road (to ride in both directions). The form is this O--O

Often the ring are very little (3 or 4km) and the Stage Editor does not recognize the the full circuit, but only a single ring

You will have to make the linear road as two separate roads.
