I don't know why I have such a hard-on for making fictitious DBs, but I'm going to do one for PCM16 in some of my down time. If you guys want to see any riders you create, leave a comment with one (or as many as you like, really) of these. I won't use your exact stats since I'm using a different matrix meant to stop 180-man sprints from happening on every stage, but they'll be similar.

And since I know somebody will ask "what's the point of Traits/Role stuff and what does it mean?" I'll answer that now. I'm going to make histories and records for this DB because I like the riders to have more than a name and 13 numbers attached to them. Additionally, if (and probably when, because I really like this kind of stuff) I do a "story" of sorts with this DB, I like to have something to pull from. It's no fun to see one climber dominate every race just because he has a high MT stat, nor a sprinter win 9 stages of the TdF just because he has +1 ACC over the rest.
The traits I had there mean this--
Powerhouse = More likely to pull huge turns bringing in breakaways or getting great surprise Time Trial runs
Breakaway Specialist = More aggressive and willing to (get this) try and make breakaways go to the end
Explosive = Can suddenly attack anywhere at any time without warning, making him difficult to accurately plan against
Aerodynamic = Reduced energy usage, as well as slight edges to purely flat/downhill sections in the air
Consistent = Less likely to suffer poor form days
Teammate = Completely willing and able to help the leader with anything he needs
Calm = Does not get upset or "tilted" by a bad day, making him less likely to suffer bad seasons or races
Careful = Excellent at bike handling, and less likely to suffer over rough terrain or dangerous descents
Strategist = Better at planning for big goals, and therefore more likely on form for objective races
Dark Horse = More likely to have "surprise" days and have significantly improved form
If you put something in that ISN'T one of these, try to tell me what it means, otherwise I'm just going to assume

Additional Information (like a backstory, or whatever else you'd like): A young rider from Bavaria, not being able to train a lot in high mountains, so he trains on his rollers for hours only to be able to train something hard. With no race in his legs he started his 1st season, in which raced a lot of criteriums where I never won and that's why he wanted to stop cycling, but then he went to holidays in Tyrol where he raced up on Kitzbühler Horn and then he saw on Strava, he is in the Top10 non-pro cyclists and so he trained harder and harder and now with 20 he is among the best riders in Peloton
