A guy from the Cyanide forum has started an IRC-channel on Quakenet named #PCM2007.
For those who don't know what it is, it's a kind of chat room which can be accessed by using a client, for example mIRC. |

You don't need an account. Download a client (for example, mIRC), connect to Quakenet, write /j <the name of the channel> and you're on your way.
ChristianBruun: I rather want one channel, like #PCM2007 , instead of spreading the users at different channels. |

an IRC channel is a very special time in every little boy's life when...
ok, scratch that
IRC was what was used by everybody about 5 years ago before messenger came along.
basically there were channels, and you logged into one to speak to everyone there, but you could also talk privately with anyone.
just realized I wrote that in the past tense. these things still exist.
it's basically a similar concept to messenger, only you get to meet and talk to people you've never met.
kind of like a forum, only in real time
