Which pcm is the best for career mode?

With the relesea of pcm 2016 which pcm has the best career mode ( most realistic simulation results, growth of riders, budget and fitness managment, scheduling etc.)

I have seen reviews saying that pcm hasnt' changed much for years and i want yo buy my first pcm.

For my part, it's PCM12 too.
I'm just starting a career with PCM16, I will see if it becomes the reference.

Which is better of PCM 15 and 16?

I own both, but didn't play much in 15 (other than be a pro) and with all the shit I've heard about 16, I haven't really tried setting a career game up yet.

While I enjoy management games, the way it is in PCM haven't really suited my style. I enjoy grooming talent, I enjoy making the tactics, I don't really enjoy having to spend hours and hours setting up a schedule.

PCM12 lacks features of the later titles, but works the best and is the nicest overall experience if you don't mind its simplicity.

PCM16 is a buggy mess, but on the off-chance it works the small added features are a nice "upgrade" from previous years.

PCM12's mountain AI was broken though, iirc.
