Adjusting sponsor expectation

Any help much obliged

I am using PCM DAILYDB and have already worked out how to change the goals for a team but how do you lower the sponsors expectations so for example a top twenty finish in a grand tour gives more stars.

Hope this makes sense i imagine i just need to change a file with hannes converter but i can't work out which one
