Issue with game save

Hi - recently brought this game, and am having crashes every two hours or so when playing (which isn't great but can live with it)

However I'm having an issue with the games being saved - when playing a career with pro cyclist, if the game crashes and I reload and try to go back into the career, it no longer shows on the "load" on the homepage, and even if it is load last game, when you click on it nothing happens - frustrating if you have just played an hour or so, and lose all progress and have to restart the career!

I might be saving it incorrectly or something - can anyone assist?

The game automatically saves the game, so it is not your fault.
But when the game crashes, the save can get corrupt.

Luckily the game creates a backup of your career every week (in game).
You can copy the backup to the save game folder and then load it in the game.
The backups are here: my documents\pcm2016\weeklysaves\your name
the saves are here: my documents\pcm2016\cloud\your name

If the game crashes when you click Load in the game, then this is causes by a corrupt save. Remove it from the save game folder and try again.
