The ITT could make an Aussie double win here as they have the two top favourites in Durbridge and Howson. Though the Kiwis once again their biggest threat as the duo Sergent/Atkins is not much weaker.
In between Kowk for Hong Kong, Li for China and the Kazakh duo as outsiders.

Atkins being the first big name on the road. He is fast but not as fast as the next starter.

Howson for Australia 12s faster at the first check and he even extends his lead to 22s at the 2nd.

Though a big surprise now. While Kuboki was a lot slower, Kwok with a sensational time. 33s faster than Howson on the first check! The wind speed went up a bit by 6 km/h coming from behind.

Sergent comes close. But he misses 5s to Kwok after 1/3.

A bigger disappointment though for Durbridge. Only 4th at this check 36s slower. This is even 3s more than Howson and right now a 1-2 without Australia!

The 2nd part and Kwok still leading. Though Howson was fastest here gaining 3s on him.
Sergent though losing another 7s being now 12s behind him.

We could get a surprise here. Even more as Atkins also beats Durbridge`s time here seeing the big favourite in 5th only already more than 1min behind.

What a ride by Kwok today. He belong to the top5 here but nobody really had expected him to win. Though when he passes Li, who is a top10 finisher himself, it`s obvious.
The win goes to Hong Kong as he is the strongest today. Again gaining on Howson at the last part and also on the others.

16s faster than Sergent in 2nd. Already 35s to Howson and more than a minute to everyone else with Atkins beating Durbridge on this parcours.
