Whats the use of the DB editor now?

There doesnt seem to be a way i can change the stats of the riders from my downloaded DB, and i honestly dont want to go through having to make my own jerseys and realname DB, just to change something that used to take 2 minutes.

Unless theres a way to change a currently installed DB without overwriting it?

If you don't want to overwrite it, then create a new one.

I think what he means is that he's only able to edit the default DB with the game's Database Editor and not the realname DB he downloaded.

In that case, you should download one of the editors that are available through the downloads section on this website. I recommend using PCM Fast Editor, because this is the most simple editor available in my opinion (sorry Lachi :redfaceSmile.

You don't have to feel sorry for liking another editor.

My editor is just a side project of my season planner tool, so it is a very simple tool.

But it has features no other editor has, as far as I know.
All tables are linked, so that you can find all data linked to the riders. Or you can see all stages linked to a race. Or all riders of a team.
The data can be filtered, sorted and grouped. For example you could group all riders by potential, sort by age and filter by region.
You can change the width and position of the columns, you can even hide columns. The column layout will be saved for the future.
And finally, it also has a mass-editing feature.

I feel sorry for everybody who cannot handle it. Wink
