problem with logos and jerseys

i have managed to create my own team yay!! 
but i cant get my logo or the team jersey right, have checked all the guides on this, saved em as TGA files in the right directorys, so i was wondering if anyone could download em and have a look, to check if they are all right.

The jersey should be named tpa_maillot.tga, and the other one.... maybe you have to try to save it as a .dds file...

thx for yout help, buy i still cant get it to work, for my team i created a 2nd database in c/document and settings/.....
the logo are saved in C:\Program\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager 2007\Gui\team\logo the jersey in C:\Program\Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager 2007\Gui\team_shirt so i could be saving them in the wrong place?
one thing i noticed now is that the logo file is 12,0 kB and the jersey is 380 kB
could this be my problem? |

yepp i just replaced Unibet with my team Tetra Pak, was very easy =) a jersey was made for me in the smoothies jersey thread and i found a logo on the internet, even managed to switch som riders to my team
now it is just this logo and jersey thing left then i can start to play |

figured out the jersey problem =)
but i still have problems with the logo and the minimaillot, any help or ideas would be really appriciated |

i just copied anothers teams logo (A2R) and renamed it to tpa, of course that worked so there must be something wrong with my logo that i downloaded from the internet |
