TDF Rules problem

When I play in PCM, Tour de France, the rules are not right. Example in stage, the firts gets 10s, second 6s, 4s, which dosen't happens in my game.
Does this happen to everyone? If not can someone uplouad the XML that works properly? It happens not only with the Default DB, as also EP Lite V.03.1.
