Database audio name modifications fail ?

Hi,
i am french so first, sorry for my english...
I improve audio french comments with new sounds and all is good for this part.
Now, i must adress some missing names in the database in the row "soundname"
and here, begin issue !!! If i add even one name in this row (for exemple, Froome because nothing is on his case in soundname row", and then i save the DB, in the game, they say me that ii not officiel DB and may cause trouble so i can't access it...
I have the same problem with others DB...
So... HELP ! |

The problem with the unofficial DB should have been fixed with the latest patch. Just click OK and continue. |

Ok but i can't ! When I click , nothing happens , I 'm stuck.
(If i erase the modified DB by initial DB (without my changes), it's good... so...) |

What is the game version you have? Should be at the bottom left when starting the game. |

I found ! my version was 1.1.0.2... and with 1.2 all is good ! (OK validation works)

1.2 is the second patch but the latest patch is 1.3.2.0 (the forth patch).
Patches should be automatically downloaded when your computer is online and Steam is running. |
