Which team to choose career

Hey Everybody,

I could use some inspiration to which team to lead in career mode.

It should be at world tour team.
The team shall not have the best rider, therefore it cannot be moivestar or team sky.

I know you have to find talents but..
Is there a team that has talents from the start?

i was thinking on Orica GreenEdge?
Will yates be good later?

Why not just start your own custom team and hand pick the 'talent' you want?

Orica-BikeExchange I believe they are now! But yeah i agree with intangibill, custom team is normally the best bet.

If not perhaps a BMC type team or even maybe Katusha? Just some suggestions!

In my opinion he is a world (sub)topper...

Maybe for your first year, choose a team in the Continental Tour. Your program will not be too loaded and your debut season will advance in a comfortable way, what cannot be said from teams riding in 3 (stage) races at one time (given that you play every single race in 3D-mode).

Anyhow, good luck, do not think too much about it, just start your season and enjoy the racing, it is pure fun and addictive!
