Edit who will be leader

Under 23 Posts: 76 Joined: 28-07-2013 PCM$: 200.00	Hi As far as i know in this year edition you cant choose who your leader is and game just give bunch of leaders. Can i edit via lachis editor who those leaders are or is it completely unmodifiable ? Because if i can change that in editor i might try buy this thing.
