Pro Cyclist Stage races

Hey people,


I am just wondering if somebody has a good tip/ guide how to train a good rider with focus on stage races, since I always have problems to create a rider that has all the 3 stats, mountains/hills/time-trail, on stats that are good enough for stage races.
