How to change which trainer a rider has got

The subject says it all. In previous versions you could change the trainer. In this one I only seem to be able to change what they are training. Some riders are complaining about their trainer and I can not do anything. Any help?

In the rider page, training tab, you should be able to choose a trainer for a rider at any time. There is a drop-down menu with the list of trainers. Of course you need to have more than one trainer.

Yes, that was what it was like in the old game. Look at this screen though. I have 2 trainers, but no dropdown menu.

You have to open the rider infobox.
There is another Training Tab where you could choose a trainer.

Your image does not show the riders page, it's the team page.
From your image, click the name of the rider to go to the riders page.
