How do you train? Is it possible to get fitness, freshness, rhythm and tiredness bubbles fully green?
I tend to keep load around 50-80%, unless there are long stages then its automatically 100% load. And trying to keep tiredness levels under 50. So far have all bubbles fully green except for fitness, which is always in 80-90%, yet bubble not fully green
Since training has no effect on progression of stats and is only used for fitness I would suggest you lower training to 0-2 in periods where you are not racing or only racing less important races. This prevents your tiredness curve from getting too high. 50 % is quite high in June unless you do not plan to race much more for the rest of the season. I attempt to build up fitness through races and only use 4-5 training if I do not have enough registration points to schedule sufficing "warm-up" races for the important races.
You can max out fitness, freshness and rythm at the same time esp. if you have good recovery, but this is generally not needed nor desired because sustaining excellent fitness makes tiredness soar. As I said, unless the race is very important it shouldn't be necessary to have excellent fitness and for longer races you can work up fitness during the race.
