Can't play any database

Under 23 Posts: 51 Joined: 01-07-2013 PCM$: 200.00	Hello, I installed a real name database, but whenever I want to start a career with it it gives me a message saying something like "This is not supported by the game, whenever errors occur please mention that you use an external database" (Or something like that, my game is in Dutch). When I try to click on OK it seems like the button doesn't work. I click, but nothing happens. Cancel does work and brings me back to choosing a career. Is this a common problem? Any solutions? Kind regards.
