Fitness curves for team mates

I have a problem with making fitness curves of team mates that correspond with the ones of the team leaders. For example: Valgren is team mate of Sagan, with the goal (first 1/3 of the year) Tour Of Flanders. So Valgren is, like Sagan, in shape for Tour Of Flanders. When I make Valgren a team mate of Contador, Valgrens fitness curve does not change, he is still in shape for Tour Of Flanders. Can I change in some way the fitness curve for Valgren? Not with changing it from Sagan to Contador... any other ways?
