Hi everyone!

What is the best way to win a stage tactic? Using the dot? At what pace?
Or riding along (hold position) and attack at a certain point?

That entirely depends on the stats of your rider.

Generally, though, it's possibly the better way if you can set a high pace for a longer time to simply exhaust your opponents.

Have someone protecting your leader and dot around 70 unless you are losing contact and gradually increase your dot level, maintaining your yellow bar is important, I try to keep as much as I can and push up to about 82-85 dot in last 3km- 2kms. If I have more than I need I will put a little attack in.

The heart rate is important because it makes the yellow bar decrease. And you don't want to have an empty yellow bar before the end of the stage.

After a while you will know your riders and what they are capable of.
