In here, you can find a list of software and tools that are useful when you want to start creating graphics for PCM.
Graphical software
Adobe Photoshop CS2 (Free) | After signing in with an Adobe ID, you can download this older version of Photoshop for free. | Adobe Photoshop CC | If you want to spend money and buy a version of Photoshop with new very useful features. The service is a subscription that costs about €25/month. | Paint.net | A free graphics program that is used a lot by graphical designers on PCM.daily. | GIMP | A tool that can be used to bend logos when you're using Paint.net. |
PCM tools
Miscellaneous
Also, check this thread for very useful templates.

One thing. You don't really need Gimp to bend logos when using Paint.NET. There are very useful extra plugins you can download for free for your Paint.NET that improve a lot (and believe me when I say they improve it a lot) the programme.
I started bending logos with the Gridwarp tool (the link downloads a pack, I don't use the other plugins). This tool is very useful for logos in shoulders and in the sides of the shirt.
Then. there's another, better combo for bending logos in the shorts. It's the Gravity and the Grim Colour Reaper combo. You have some templates for the logos in both parts of the shorts (here are mines) and in another layer you paste the logo (the image has to have the exact same width as the logo has). Then, you go again to the original layer and make a black rectangle that covers the logo. You combine both layers and use "Gravity" tool. Then, you use "Grim Colour Reaper" to delete the black properly.
Finally, here's the most useful plugin for Paint.NET by far. It is the Color Replacer tool. You can change the colour of everything you want and the results are incredibly good. You have to control the tolerance, the main and secondary colours in order to get it working fine.
Hope it is useful to you guys, as it is to me!

Is there a cyclist viewer out there? To see your shirts and what not in effect?

Starting with PCM16 sadly there is no cyclist viewer out of the box.

The closest thing is the PCM15 viewer, but you need to shrink the jerseys as PCM 13-15 size is different from that on PCM 16-17
