PCM 2016 Worth buying? Career changes positive?

Hi There,
Is PCM 2016 worth buying? I've read no reviews yet, because they're simply not there yet.
Playing career mainly, are there positive vibes in comparison to pcm 2015?

Good question.
I was wondering this as well. Seems like there haven't been any major changes to Career mode for a few years.
I am not including "Tweaking/changing/adding" existing features like sponsorship, training, scouting & contract negotiation. These should always be improved as they have been doing. I still prefer the rider objective formula PCM had back in PCM 2006.
The last entirely new feature I have noted was being able to create a development team. |

Thanks for answering. I've read something about that, only 4 or 5 riders you can do the objectives for, isn't it?
But career is progressed/better playing icw pcm 2015?
So if I buy this one, only the graphics improved? Career and gameplay is not more realistic icw pcm 2015? |

How objjectives works is apparently so terrible. You can't decide yourself, which riders you want to have as captains.
And even when you move around your domestique riders to the different leaders, it still dont change the fitness/form of those riders. It is kinda just STUCK.
You can only change fitness/form of the captains :S |

What, that's terrible. Any chance they gonna fix that with a patch? I'd liked it to do the planning for all my riders with a lot of objectives. |

Yeah, the game gives you 5 captains (you can't even choose them). For example, I have this squad:

And the game picked Aru, Nibali, Pozzovivo, Marcato and Gasparotto as captains, so I cannot train properly guys like Viviani, Modolo, Nizzolo...
So yeah, it's a shit right now, how it all changes and returns to PCM 15 format (talking about objectives here)

Shame they haven't implemented this feature good enough. There's definitely a potential here, in the way that you can't have a team filled with captains anymore, and therefore have to get more domestiques may give more balanced teams. but by not giving the player the possibility to determine this by themselves is not thought through very well.

I'm on my second year with this team and apparently I have 8 captains. I haven't have any problems with anything. I like the new in-game interface and they way different aspects of the game can help you win or lose the race. There is still a lot that could be better, but i still love this franchise which is why i buy the game every year and I can't wait for the multiplayer part of the game to get started properly.
Remember this is a app. 30 € game (depending where you buy it and where you are from) and not a 60 € one like FIFA and etc.

So, it is that the game chooses as the leaders the best riders by average?
So solution(annoying though) would be edit the stats of wanted riders to make them best in team and after creating the career revert them back |

Thanks guys for answering. When I read about the bugs in PCM (objectives, 5 leaders). I skip this one for now and don't buy the game or wait for a good patch.

Is it possible the game select which rider is a leader, in your case 8? |

Wait until Cyanide patch the career mode. Actually it´s impossible to play it. Because there is a problem with objectives. The game choose you 5 or 6 leaders and domestiques for them. According that the game will make a fitness schedule. Problem is when you want to substitute some domestique to another group. For example:
You will play for BMC
You will have Porte for Giro - domestiques are Atapuma, Moinard
Van Garderen for Tour - domestiques are Dennis, Caruso
But when you wants to move Moinard to Van Garderen group, his fitness schedule will remain the same - so he will be in top condition for Giro - There isn´t a chance how to change it. That´s a big bug, which makes a career mode unplayable.
If Cyanide will deal with this problem, the game will be OK. But the gameplay is very bad at the moment. |

Sorry, but apologize the quality of this game due its price is very stupid.
30 Euro is a lot of money for something which is wrong. I have no problem to pay 60 Euros for this game, but IT MUST WORK PROPERLY. PCM 2016 doesn´t work right.
We would like to know how you cound manage the season planning?
Because if the AI gives you wrong domestiques, how you could move them between the groups? Because as you can see, their fitness schedule will remain the same according the selection which is made by AI!!!

Even more when 30euros is pretty standard price for games in 2016, when it is not AAA game. You can get even great new games for under 30euros and majority actually works, unlike PCM16.

I am happy with the game because I am playing in Pro Rider mode. I have not encountered a single problem after the SteamAutFailed.
Of course I hope they will fix the bugs but if the fitness planning of the domestiques and the start lists for modded DBs are the only problems, then PCM2016 has way less problems than previous versions. |

Are you seriously suggesting that even with gamebreaking bug in career mode, the game would be fine, because it is better than last year? 
No wonder that Cyanide is okay with selling unfuctional crap to people, with customers like that.
