The gameplay has changed a bit regarding "the dot" vs. heart rate. Last year an effort level of 85 didn't use the red bar. This year it seems to be around 80. Last year an effort level of 70 was able to go from 100 to 0 yellow bar in an about 10k climb. Has anyone tested to see, what the new effort levels do this year? I haven't tested it yet myself.
