Creation of profile problem

Hi guys,

I have a problem with a profile creation. I fill name and e-mail, tick to accept the agreements and I push create a profile...but it does nothing. The only change is that the text with my name and email is green but that´s all. I cannot play the game...I have a steam version. It makes me angry, because I spent 30 Euros for nothing. Every year is the same - problems, bugs,...etc. with the game. I don´t know why idiots from Cyanide didn´t optimize the game before they launch. If you have the same problem and have the solution, please give me advice. Thank you

Check if the game appears in your steam profile.
It could be a problem with steam:
For people who get the SteamAuth Failed, I've checked your profiles and I don't see the game in your list. There is probably an issue on the Steam side and we'll contact them to investigate the issue.

We've reproduced the issue here but it looks random. We don't know yet why it happens.
We believe it's a connectivity issue with the server but for a temporary solution, you may need to re-launch the game several times in order to manage to play the game.

Today I tried 10 times, but still the same...SteamAuth failed, and sometimes, profile exists, but I still cann´t play. I´m really upset :-(

Do you restart the game before trying again?
Also, try the "backspace" trick, which is mentioned in the other thread in this forum. I think it is mentioned here: https://pcmdaily.c...d_id=44565

Just keep spamming it, i tryed 3 different emails and then it worked with the third email.

Now it finally works. I think that there is an issue with the servers. I tried today early morning and it connect without problem for the first time
