Have anybody figured out how to simulate in the 2016 version for ps4?

Last year you could go out and sim the boring parts of a stage to save time, is it really not possible to do this anymore?

If not each stage is going to take an hour or so!

press B and then LT or LB.i play on xbox so omonims buttons on ps4 circle,l1,l2 i think
B it's the team commands and it pausing and pressing LB it's an automatic x2 speed
pressing LT it's speeding just how much you keep pressing the button
