Is the default database real or does it still have fake names?

Hello, I am thinking of getting PCM 2015, can you please tell me if the default database is real (for the 2015 season) or do I have to download the 10+GB database from here?

The database which comes with the game has some fake names. If you don't want to download the pcmdaily expansion pack, then look in this forum or the download section, there should be other databases available too.
