If you have a Salary or Transfer Cap problem
if no one else can help
and if you can find them
maybe you can hïre: The World Cycling Centre Team.
Did you get all excited on day 1 of transfers? Is your transfer sheet bleeing red ink? Are you going to have to sack riders, or even worse lose your top gun in fines? Maybe we can offer a viable solution. We're not talking about taking in your weakest rider you now regret holding on to during the re-signing phase, the World Cycling Centre is only interested in good quality now, or good quality potential. We have cap space (for now), and very shallow pockets - giveaways of your mistakes are preferred!
So, interested in taking in riders that meet either of the following criteria:
1) Is capable of making a good scoring contibution in CT - By this I mean main stat at least 75 with good versatility and/or back-up skills, or 76+ if more of a one-trick pony. For sprinters, the above numbers would be 78, then 79+, or;
2) Is an unmaxed rider who has the potential to at least meet the standards listed above when maxed.
Depending how ludicrous or reasonable their wage is there would be some potential to pay a fee for the right candidate, particularly if they exceed the criteria above. Maybe a good solution can be achieved all round!
A final note:
Mr. T Says "I pity the fool who tries to pull the wool over Scorchio's eyes. He's been round the block too many times to be interested in any of your dross."
Please don't make Mr. T angry, or even worse make me have to force him to get on a plane to sort you out - he wouldn't like that, then you wouldn't like it!

Plenty of cap room remaining if you've just had a minor heart attack when updating your transfer sheet . Please read the fine print in our original post before bombarding the WCC offices with your broken-down wrecks!
Last call at the bar before Salary and Transfer Cap Solutions closes for the season. Any PM offers of dud riders that fail to meet the criteria laid down in the original post will be given short shrift.
Creative solutions are our speciality. We have cap space, some transfer funds and loan cap to play with.
As transfer season draws to a close, additionally interested in loaning out riders across all divisions (lvl 2, 3 and 4 riders all potentially will be looking for RD's). We can pay any combination of the usual wage/compensation options. For the right loan deal, can even stretch to paying additional compensation over and above standard.
Salary and Transfer Solutions Inc. is now closing down following a successful 2016 trading window. Thank you for all the various enquiries. In the end potential customers managed to find solutions elsewhere, although in some cases, hopefully discussions helped navigate a route forward .
On the loan front, we have had a number of successful discussions, with a number of riders finding berths in temporary homes for the 2016 season - we would like to extend our thanks to our partners in advance for welcoming these young guys on board.
One potential loan out rider remains. Fairly standard level 2 rider, not needing over many RD's. We can afford to pay his wage - at this stage freeing up race days is of greater value in terms of ensuring that all our development riders level up (apart from the unfortunate level 4 dudes who will have to wait for potential loans next year due to how late they were first contacted). In the right circumstances, the business still has some change down the back off the sofa if an additional compensation payment would be required.
