If you want an affordable leader for the hills with the acceleration needed to succeed, then Anthony Roux is the rider for you. The 29 year old Frenchman has 78 HIL, which would be impressive on it's own - but then you see his 78 STA and 75 ACC, which make him suited to long races and steep climbs better than many of his rivals. He's no one trick pony though, with his 74 FL and 82 FTR making him a constant threat from breakaways. And, you haven't heard the best part yet. His wage is only 125k, affordable for whatever role you need him for!

Roux is now effectively without an offer. In days gone by, a 78 HIL rider on a 125k wage who had backup stats like this would have gone for somewhere near 700k. But this season, I will consider any offer I'm made...

I have accepted an offer for 500k. For any other offer to even be considered, they would need to be at least 750k.
