26 year old French stage racer Johan Le Bon is looking for a new team. He's reasonably strong all round, with 75 MO, 70 HIL and 68 TT, and would make a very good second tier leader in the CT, a nice domestique in the PCT, or even a useful Grand Tour squad filler in the PT. His wage is only 50k, cheaper than you're likely to find in free agency for a similar rider.
