On behalf of Macquet who insisted on moving the OS discussion away from other topics, here you have a OS related post.

I stick with my original idea of "Vista will be the greatest"...
At least, until the next Windows OS comes along...

It was the same when XP was released. In a couple of years, most people will have Vista, and will start laughing at just how poor XP was compared to Vista

I take great risk in answering this as I have learned from past experiences, that what seems like a legitimate question or statement from someone in these forums is a joke.
SO I am prepared to be on the wrong end of a joke again.
BSD is a flavor of UNIX, actually one of the first. |

I like XP a lot. It never crashes on me, and drivers are always compatible. |

AND THIS has absolutely nothing to do with this thread, but don't remember the thread this was discussed, just know it was during Dankan's 08 DB Team Objective excercise. Just looked at some results from Redlands Bicycle Classic, race in CA, USA, it is official Hamilton, Botero, and Sevilla have NOW raced for Rock Racing. |

Dual-boot. Faulty XP installation that I never got around to removing and working XP installation
Vista sucks. It worked flawlessly for months. until one moment it suddenly decided it'd be fun to screw up everything. thankfully I managed to work around it and get my files back.
Damn Microsoft...

I wonder who the two people are that voted "I use a hacked version of OS X on my PC". Because i hope they actually do run a hacked version of OS X on their PC and just dont consider their Mac to be a PC.
