The vice world champion is CT winning material. However he's already quite old and his wage could be deterrent. This could mean he could go for a low transfer fee
This is probably the best rider you can get from here. Rodrigues won for me the CT Individual standings in 2014. If you want to buy him, you'll need to make a very good offer. Maybe he'll stay at my team.

A short update: I have most likely found a deal for Sella, new offers must be 100k or more. The probability that Rodrigues will leave the team is increasing. I'm taking offers from 450k onwards. I've had no interest for Kip. He would be a solid CT main sprinter, biding starts from 100k.
