when my rider is between big others riders and we are in E2, these donb't throw!!
The point is:

or I throw or we stop together

That will depend on your strength, but you are right it is not often you opponents will help you win, especially if you are not behind in the GC.

Reduce difficulty level, they might still not help you, but you have more power.

Another option, dont end up in the 2nd group, either stay with the peloton where you have your riders to help you, or get into the first group.

And when you "throw" try to find a pace that fit the others then they might help you. (slowly reduce effort until you get a commen understanding with the other riders)

But if you rider is very strong they will not help you win, they are not on you side pcmdaily.com/images/smiley/wink.gif
