very good by the Dutchman I think he held about 10 seconds after a 160km break of which 25 alone and the rest with one other rider. really amazing he held it because with 25km to go he had only 2 minutes left. and usually the pack takes one minute per 10km.
anyway, I hope he win it, because he should be able to survive the hill stage tomorrow and then hope he wont lose too much in the TT. |

The fact that it's so short makes it incredibly nervous. you just never know who's going to attack. It's completely unpredictable. It's great

Gerrans wins stage 2 ahead of Voigt.
The pack is between 1 and 2 minutes behind. Valverde wins the peloton sprint ahead of Cunego and Pineau.
Voigt new overall leader, and unless unpredictable things happen, Voigt will win this race yet again
