Career mode start crash

I cant play the career mode, it crash when I click next after choosing a team or custom team. My version is 1.2.0.0), no DB installed.

Well, I say uninstall and re-install.

My game crashes at the beginning of scheduling the game, just after one or two second after choosing career mode. I put 1.5 and 1.6 DB on fresh game installation. Does anyone have solution?
