Looking at creating a custom cycling team and wondered if you have any suggestions with a 20man squad, good all round but prefer Climbers/ Mountains, many thanks Smile

That`s pretty ... broad.

Unless you want to 'cheat' and pick the exceptional talents which aren`t yet well known, you`re better off just picking a bunch of riders which suit what you have in mind for your team.

Just for kicks I made a custom team and ... I had 20 riders with salaries under 60.000 total and I even mixed in a couple of well known riders. It`s no fun if you can make a team of young riders who you know are to be great in a few years and are still not asking any decent salaries Wink

Oh, you can actually start in a different division if you recruit more known/stronger riders. Well then, that makes it even easier Grin Just try a few riders and see where you end up with.

Pretty overpowered if you`re managing a (Pro)Continental team - and you`ll lose him once his contract expires before you reach the WT Wink

He never said he wanted to make a continental team.

Well, upon creating a custom team, at the top right, below your budget, you get to see the minimum and maximum number of riders.
18 is the max. limit for a Continental team and 26 is the minimum for a WT. So if you want 20 riders, you can only aim for a Pro-Continental team because 20 doesn`t apply for the other divisions Smile
