Local.cdb-problem

A week ago, I downloaded the "1 texture-per-rider" pack. I overwrote the original local.cdb with the new one. Then I realized that the arm-, and leg warmers were for another team than the jersey was. Do I have to re-install PCM? What can I do? Can someone send me their local.cdb? Hope for answers.

not the 1. texture per rider. In the AppData folder.
