1 - I love the PCM music (I am strange). 2 - There is a way (I currently forget how to, but you can search online) to convert your own music to the type used in the game. In the old PCM 05, I had my Chicago Greatest Hits CD as the soundtrack (yes, I am a teenager who likes Chicago).
If you have no other music, than too bad, I don't think any of the DB's have altered music.

first of all.
how come you cant d/l mp3s?
and to play your own music in the game you have to convert it to .ogg format and put it in the music folder, you can delete the other stuff

I've been told it also works if you just create a folder named "MyMp3" and put the mp3s in it. I haven't tried it though.

The databases don't have any influence on the music in the game -- unless, of course, there are some MP3s or something included in the databases, but that happens very rarely.
Therefore, you can just disable the music in-game and put a CD in your computer and let it play in the background |

It works by the 2 ways...it's just a matter of size and format.
