Andy Schleck got 4.0 exp. in mars, and I'm in may now, and he has 4.0 now too! Is it a bug, or is it normal? |

It`s normal the experience stops when the fourth bar is full

the experience bar only grows if the rider participates at races with the same level, so the races he has to participate in to get this bar full are the monuments (milan-san remo, paris-roubaix etc.) + the grand tours |

Exp.1: continental races
Exp.2: HC-races
Exp.3: Pro-Tour races
Exp.4: the monuments + GT's
